From planning to execution of projects in all real estate branches and in a variety of specializations, such as: residential projects and urban renewal projects. Income-generating properties, which include commercial buildings, offices, logistics buildings, eldery housing, nursing buildings, student dormitories, hotels and housing clusters.

Shalom Vaknin

CIO

Shalom brings with him more than 20 years’ experience of Information Technology and Information Systems as CIO from hi-tech, medical devices and manufacturing industries.

His experience includes global IT projects planning and execution, enterprise cloud-based/on-premise applications operational and implementation, with dynamic management career with strong leadership, problem solving, planning, risk management, team-building and project management skills.

Recruit, develop, motivate and retain diverse staff. Full responsibility for P&L and a large OPEX and CAPEX budget. Proven record of execution in very large complex environments.

Alaa AlZoubi Ph.D Ai

Consultant

Dr Alaa AlZoubi is a Senior Lecturer in Computer Science at the University of Derby, UK.

Before joining Derby in 2022, Dr AlZoubi held various posts as a Research Fellow in Machine Learning at the University of Buckingham and Cranfield University in the UK. With 14 years of academic and industrial experience, Dr AlZoubi main research is concerned with the development of computer vision, machine learning and AI for different real-world applications. He has a strong interest in both interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary work.
